Product Description

The Fiber Optic Distribution Frame (ODF) serves as a central-hub in network centers for managing fiber optic connections, facilitating organized cable terminations,splices, and patches, crucial for network configuration and maintenance.

Fiber Optic Distribution Frame Features 

1. Fiber optic distribution frame and its sub frames: adopt 19 "international standard installation interface; surface coating adopts electrostatic spraying technology, corrosion-resistant, beautiful appearance; suitable for various existing structural forms of optical cables.

2. This frame adopts a closed cabinet structure to physically protect the termination and wiring of optical cables from accidental damage. The frame design adopts a modular structure with complete accessories, which can be flexibly configured according to different user requirements for easy installation and capacity expansion.

3. Fiber optic distribution frame can be introduced into the distribution frame through cable holes at the top or bottom of the rack for fixation, grounding, and protection. The fiber optic cable and its core are not damaged, and the metal part of the cable is insulated from the frame. The fixed metal sheath and reinforcing core of the cable are reliably connected to the high-voltage protective grounding device.

4. The large turntable of the fiber optic distribution box (sub frame) adopts an integrated module of fusion splicing and wiring. The module adopts a hierarchical rotating structure, which is easy to manage and safe to operate. Four types of adapters, FC, SC, LC, and ST, are installed on the card. The adapters are arranged at a 30 degree angle, which ensures that the bending radius of the jumping fiber is ≥ 40mm and avoids laser burns to the human eye. This series of distribution boxes can be installed and used simultaneously with jumper cable trays.

5. Jumper traces can be managed by vertical and horizontal cable trays. Optimize the wiring layout and reserve channels for splicing jumpers. The surplus fiber winding ring can store excess jumpers.

6.  The fiber pigtail and jumpers are clearly labeled.
